We are seeking a Product Support Analyst that will be :

Reporting into the National Service & Technical Support Manager.

Responsible for analysing data that comes off the machinery we sell to assist our clients, and our technicians, with fleet maintenance.

Individualising reports to go out to our client regarding the performance of their machinery / fleet.

Provide support to a number of external and internal customers such as the Product Support and Warranty teams.

Our ideal team member will have :

A mechanical background, ideally be a Qualified HD Mechanic with experience in the construction equipment industry.

Experience analysing and presenting technical data (verbal and written).

You will possess excellent verbal communication skills.

Be a competent computer user, preferably in MS Office.

Be a self-starter and display a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.

As Health and Safety is a priority for us you will be up to speed with practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits.

This knowledge will help you to promote the company image in a professional manner as well as provide first class customer service.
