We've a great opportunity for a highly skilled Project Co-ordinator who's looking for Part Time hours!

As our Project Coordinator your function is the connection between projects, operations, and administration, facilitating the end to end completeness and compliance of our project.

You'll provide support for administering job costs and estimates to tenders, projects, and schedules as well as supervise support staff.

This role will be part of our Coatings project based in Auckland Central.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring and coordination of projects to comply with relevant AS / NZ standard certifications.
  • Assist with the accuracy and timeliness of Claims.
  • Administration, documentation (eg. insurances and certificates) and lodgements (eg. consents, building WOFs), aligned to project schedules and works.
  • Administration activities to meet company quality standards, formats, and timelines.
  • Contractors and sub-contractor agreements are administered correctly
  • What you need :

    You'll have previous Project Co-Ordinator experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
