As the Spark Professional Services Resource Coordinator, you will be a fantastic collaborator and be instrumental in ensuring the Professional Services team is set up to help deliver successful customer outcomes.
As the first port of call for all Professional Service engagement requests, you will be working with the Professional Services chapter leads, project and account teams to efficiently allocate incoming pipeline of project work with available resources, matching project requirements with consultant competencies and availability.
WHAT YOU'll BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :
Manage resource requests from sales channels / account teams, project services, customer outcomes and match these requirements to suitable and available resources
Liaising with consultants and project managers to get an update on inflight projects and resource allocation requirements
As required, leverage capability from across the whole of Spark and our overflow partners to help achieve customer outcomes in a timely manner
Meet with key programmes regularly to gain insight into their forecasted project pipeline and communicate any challenges pertaining to projected pipeline to the appropriate stakeholders
Ensuring the team have completed time sheets on a weekly / monthly basis and then report on the utilisation of the team, highlighting concerns appropriately to ensure resources are utilised effectively
Managing a matrix for resource skills and capabilities within the team to ensure it is up to date and accurate. Highlight areas within the chapters where certain skillsets are in demand / short of supply and work with the Professional Service Leads to determine how best to fill the gap
Assisting with onboarding of new hires, as required
Facilitating team functions and general ad hoc office tasks, as required
Act as an evangelist and key point of contact for the Professional Services team to our customers and sales channels; helping to build brand awareness of the PS team across the wider Spark business
Build and maintain robust and high performing relationships across Spark tribes and groups to ensure Spark always delivers customer value - notably across Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes and Operations
