    The Opportunity

    As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the overall sales performance of the South Island-based clients.

    Your responsibilities will include, though not be limited to :

  • Full accountability for the planning and development of strategic key accounts.
  • Continue to drive improvements across systems, processes and procedures (CRM, call cycle management)
  • Manage key relationships within the existing portfolio and develop new stakeholder relationships where possible.
  • Run and manage the current client portfolio and assist in the development of new business opportunities.
  • Maintain the integrity of the CRM.
  • Take on the responsibility for strategic key accounts and the development of new channels to market.
