We are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join our tight-knit Auckland Corporate team specialising in M&A work. Ideally, you will have at least five years’ exposure within M&A, equity or capital markets work already, and evidence a keen interest in progressing in the field.

As a member of our Corporate team you will be working with leaders in their field. You will work under the supervision of highly-experienced partner, Joshua Pringle, and will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions including private mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, capital raisings and reorganisations.

Particular exposure to M&A transactions is desirable, with corporate law experience necessary. You’ll have a strong academic record, a passion for the specialisation and the motivation to succeed in a busy, dynamic and focused team.
