Using your call centre skills to manage a team of who are responsible for the vital first impression patients and a family have of The Fono practices located in Henderson, Blockhouse Bay, the CBD and Manurewa.
The Team Leader is responsible for efficient management of the call centre and its associated services and systems. The role supports clinical and administration staff with appointment optimisation, data input and data analysis and reporting.
The Team Leader must reflect the professionalism of the practices and have exceptional customer service expertise, sound technical skills, ability to adapt to fast moving technological change combined with caring personal attributes and initiative.
Must understand the business of primary health in all its aspects.40 hours per week flexitime - salaried position.About youWe are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead our great call centre team : You will have : Acceptable previous call centre leadership experienceWell-
developed customer service skills and ability to create rapport with all peopleMedtech knowledge (preferred).Able to swiftly learn and master new programmes / able to train others in new technologySkills to prepare management reports in verbal and written form.
