We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

  • Continuously improving the value of Auckland Transport's information and records assets
  • Delivering an integrated and customer focused approach to the classification, maintenance and management of information and records tag processing.
  • Administering AT's autoclassification system and Ontology / business taxonomies including Implementing autoclassification upgrades
  • Providing high quality records assurance
  • Achieving high level of customer compliance
  • Meeting obligations of the PRA 2005 and LGOIMA 1987
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for process and document management systems improvement.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an Information & Records Management role in local or central government
  • 3-5 years' experience with MS Document Management systems
  • 3-5 years' experience with Ontology / business taxonomy
  • Tertiary qualification in Information and Records Management
