This new and critical role of People and Safety Manager has been created to provide leadership and capability across HR, H&S and wellbeing.
Reporting to, and working closely with the CEO, this busy and varied position spans both strategic and operational responsibilities for building culture, accountability and capability.
You will continue to enhance and maintain a high-performance safety culture, combined with a strategic and planned approach to training, development, talent management, reporting and metrics, compliance and ER.
Ensuring the Reserve has strong leadership and systems, particularly over the peak summer period is essential, as is a positive and professional engagement with managers, team members and stakeholders.
To be successful you will need a breadth and depth of experience across all aspects of HR, safety, people management and development.
Strategic yet pragmatic, you have a track record of leading initiatives that enhance both people and performance of businesses.
Engaging and building credibility with a range of people and personalities will be critical to your success.
This is a part time role for 20 hours per week. The hours are flexible and there is the option of occasionally working from home - although why would you want to with a location this fabulous! Other benefits include assistance with travel costs and discounted staff purchasing on groceries and activities.
