This resource pool role requires you to utilise your knowledge andexperience in general surgical / medical / acute care nursing to provide qualitycare and support.
This is a new position working48 hours a fortnight (0.6FTE) as rostered across predominantly PM and nightshifts. As a Health Care Assistant you will be part of our dedicatednursing environment with full support.
Your role is to work within the team toassist nursing staff in care delivery, one-to-one patient watches and othertasks as directed.

Youwith have a mature outlook, the ability to get on with a wide variety of peopleas well as excellent communication skills.
You will also have the ability towork in a flexible and methodical manner, demonstrate honesty and reliability,and use appropriate initiative.
Experience within the healthsector is required, and you will hold a NZQA Level 3 : New Zealand Certificatein Health and Wellbeing - Health Assistance Strand or equivalent.
