Personnel Resources / Temp Resources is a wellestablished Bay of Plenty based Recruitment Agency that specialise in placing candidates into Temporary, Contract and Permanent roles.

Our client is a highly successful and well established local company that continues to achieve success and acclaim as a result of their outstanding products and the service they deliver to their clients.

Due to recent growth our client is now seeking a pro-active, self-starter to join their friendly team and provide a high level of administrative support services in this part time role (approximately 30 hours per week) temporary to possible permanent position.

The role is diverse and varied with responsibilities including, but not limited to :

  • Customer service
  • Responding to all email and phone enquiries
  • Preparing various letters, mail outs and couriers
  • Creating invoices and purchase orders
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • administration
  • To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes :

  • A positive, can do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • You will be available for an immediate start as well as a committed team player, possess a strong use of initiative and have the ability to work autonomously.
