  • About the role

    As a key part of the Metering and OnGas leadership team, this role will be responsible for leading the OnGas natural gas trading business, metering data services and business support functions including reporting, billing, data analytics and business systems that enable the metering and OnGas business units to operate efficiently and optimally across Australia and NZ.

  • This role will also be instrumental in ensuring future business opportunities are set up for success from a systems and processes perspective.
  • An authentic customer centric approach will be a strong foundation in everything you do.?

    As this is a key leadership role, you will be someone with deeply proven leadership capabilities having led specialised and operational teams.

    You will be skilled at leading, motivating and developing people and be able to clearly articulate the road ahead for the team.

    Who we are looking for

    The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following :

  • Proven background in driving process improvement and optimisation
  • Experience in working in large utility organisations
  • Leadership of diverse teams
  • Strategic & commercial acumen
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strength of character, proven in influencing large teams and able to weld common threads across teams, functions and organisations. ?
  • Leadership in a business environment undergoing transformation
  • Experienced with implementation of new services and / or technology into a business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
