About the Role

TheCDHB Crisis Resolution team is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of RegisteredNurses (RNs) and Allied Health professionals.

Witha responsive community-based focus, we support people to remain in thecommunity using Social Systems approaches as a basis.

Based in Hillmorton Hospital, the FergusonBuilding 15. This role will work 20 hours a week and shifts could be afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Thisrole works 7 days a week and will be job between two people.

In this role, you will be responsible for general administration duties and typing requirements for the team, as well as welcoming patients and their whānau.

This role also entails supporting the Acting Charge Manager to complete administration tasks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional data entry or typing skills (50 70 WPM)
  • Listening skills
  • Proficient Information Technology skills experience in Patient Management Systems, spread-sheets will be an advantage.
  • An ability to think on your feet, problem solve, and be an adaptive learner
  • An ability to work and relate well within a team, excellent time management
  • Ability to manage stress positively
