About the role
This is an exciting time to join us and be part of a significant programme of work. With a number of large organisational and technology projects underway or about to commence this will be a busy role for someone up for a challenge.
This role will work with stakeholders across the business to identify and document training requirements and processes needed to support the implementation of new technology products and services, and provide on-going training of staff in use of those technology products as they change over time.
Documentation and other training material will need to be developed and made available for users to transition to, or continue learning to use, Enable’s technology solutions.
This will include supporting Project Managers, Business Managers and Team Leaders to identify training needs and SME’s for technology solutions.
This role will work across the IT and Business Services team providing insights in improving operational systems and processes, and support processes or technology changes.
It includes managing or participating in user acceptance testing and training planning and delivery relating to the change.
Also ensuring standard operating procedures or manuals are updated, working with the communications and marketing team.

Palmerston North Hospital is a 350 bed secondary hospital, which services an urban population of 80,000 and a total population catchment of 168,000.
