Auckland City, Auckland6 Month contractWe are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who will run, administer and organise all casting and project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Senior Producer, aiming at the flawless execution of the casting and implementation of project processes.
Candidates should be able to balance multiple castings, projects and deadlines at once and be eager to learn more about our technology and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities : Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and informationLiaise with Senior Producer and Director of the Art Department to identify and define casting requirements and objectivesMake certain that casting needs are met as the projects evolveCoordinate in the casting for all models and talentsMonitor and track casting and project's progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participantsSetup audition and provide production and administrative support for the bookings of the talents and others participantsSecure crew, studios, catering and all other production elementsManage invoices, advance requests and talent agreementsMaintain artists, agent and producer relationshipsReport and escalate to management as neededCreate and maintain comprehensive casting and project documentationSkills and Qualifications : Highly organized, detail oriented, multitasking skills and excellent communication skills.
Positive attitude and grace under high pressure situations due to day-to-day contact with talents, agencies and others stakeholders.
Proven working experience as a project coordinator in the media design sector or a production coordinator in the games or filming industryPrevious experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCan creatively translate the needs of the brands into high quality output through a detailed understanding of the requirements of the platforms.
Desired SkillsPrevious experience working in the filming or games industry and understanding of the art pipeline process
