You will need to demonstrate excellent judgement and planning skills and the tenacity to drive change and improvement in a complex environment.
What you will bring Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu
It would be advantageous to have demonstrable skill and experience in the application of Māori centric approaches in previous roles.
This will be coupled with recent, strong experience in the design, development and delivery of complex OD initiatives and driving the adoption of these initiatives across diverse groups.
You may also have proven facilitation and coaching skills and able to engage credibly with a wide range of stakeholder groups to drive outcomes.
