you will :

  • Lead and mentor the Front Office Team to ensure a smooth and seamless service experience
  • Solve problems and think on your feet to resolve any issues that come your way
  • Motivate, train, and develop a diverse team
  • Play a central role in the running and management of the front office
  • Interacts with guests and colleagues in a professional, amiably way

  • A person who is highly organised while placing a strong emphasis on detail
  • Someone who can play a key role in developing a genuinely solid workplace culture
  • Knowledge of Sihot PMS is advantageous
