Now let's turn our positivity into possibility.This job is all about helping us deliver our vision of "insanely simple" experiences for Kiwibank staff and customers by providing hands-on ServiceNow Product leadership and guidance for our Digital & Technology teams.
You'll be creating fast feedback loops with staff and customers - so teams can stay focused on outcomes and the value we're delivering, learning quickly what works and what doesn't.
You'll be helping teams understand really big problems and journeys, breaking improvements down into small increments in order to shorten the team's cycle time and optimise learning with minimal rework.
You'll also be actively championing and contributing to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform to drive ongoing improvement and the refinement of processes and working practices.
