Business Operations Analyst
We are on the lookout for a superstar system analyst type’ of person ready to take on an exciting and challenging role to support the business and finance teams as a Business Operations Analyst.
This is a fixed term position within the existing Business Operations Team. It will be a cross functional role, incorporating system and financial analysis, contract management, reporting and internal business process improvement.
Knowledge of the Oracle OpenAir and NetSuite ERP system will be an advantage.
This role calls for strong administration skills and an eye for detail to ensure the smooth running of project setup and project finance.
This person will provide valuable and efficient administration, planning and support to the business when setting up Projects at Datacom.
The role supports Project Managers, Business Managers, and the wider Finance teams to ensure overall success. This is an ideal role for someone wanting to work in an interesting and busy environment.

You’ll get involved in a whole raft of activities such as below :
In the role you will be a gatekeeper of the Kaizen systems, liaising with people across the business to ensure all commercial contracts and information is set up correctly and managed well.
You will need to be a mix of data broker, a relationship builder, data administrator and data analyst. You will need an eye for detail with confidence in maintaining, monitoring and the overall administration of data.
You will ideally have knowledge of contract management, billing and invoicing to go with your analytical mind.

What we need is a highly organised and capable Business Operations Analyst, who is used to working in a busy and dynamic environment.
We want you to be well-organised with great multi-taking skills, and be keen to use your natural administrative and support skills to keep us on track with what is needed.
We are looking for experience that demonstrates a self-starting, well organised person, ideally with an understanding of Projects Management environment.
Experience with managing financials is important as well, given the nature of the vendor environment. Most importantly we are looking for the initiative to be self-managing, a real can-do attitude and the confidence to step in when needed.
