Programme & Events Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised person to help co-ordinate the delivery of our Smart Seeds programme across Aoteoroa.
Smart Seeds () is a global innovation programme that provides a platform for emerging leaders to create solutions to complex infrastructure challenges.
Industry leaders identify challenges in key industries such as water, transport, urban planning and design, property and building, environment, agriculture, energy, then multi-disciplinary groups form teams to interrogate the challenges, generate ideas and pitch their best ideas at an exclusive Showcase Event.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the NZ Pacific Marketing Leader and working closely with the Programme Delivery Lead, the purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the Smart Seeds programme and the successful delivery of local events.
You will work closely with the Global Smart Seeds Community, Regional Leaders, Key Client Relationship Managers and GHD’s key clients.
Key Responsibilities
Community and Stakeholder Management
This includes : Managing communication to all stakeholders Fielding enquiries from the business and external stakeholders Ensure critical information is provided to all stakeholders in a timely manner
Virtual and On-Site Event Management
