nCustomer Service & Client Support Advisor - Public Sector Software Solutions n nOur client is the UKs leading provider of Digital Software services to the NHS, Local Government and a wide range of Commercial organisations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Customer Services Adviser to join a growing and profitable business.

n nCandidates will need to be commutable to the Taunton area within 30-45 minutes and ideally have their own transport / Full UK licence.

n nHours - Mon-Fri - 8 : 30am to 17 : 30 with 1 hour break. n nRole Overview n nReporting to the Customer Services and Sales Support Manager you will be a key member of the office-based Public Sector Team responsible for the growth and retention of our clients business in the Public Sector, through pro-active account management, development and issue resolution.

n nYou will have responsibility for a portfolio of customers and be required to build strong working relationships, working collaboratively with external Business Development Managers and your Customer Service colleagues.

n nCustomer Service Advisers are a prime and pivotal point of contact, liaising constantly with customers and internal teams to deliver an exemplary customer experience.
