    About the role

    As a Customer Services Representative , you will join our Customer Services Team to deliver customer service that meets and exceeds internal and external customer expectations and business requirements.

    This isn't your typical call centre role, so it is important that you bring with you plenty of prior experience to our highly skilled team and can hit the ground running!


  • Effectively managing customer queries and complaint resolution
  • Dispatching field staff to attend faults and managing the faults process
  • Handling email enquiries from customers and electricity retailers
  • Effectively manage new connections and distributed generation applications
  • About you

  • Multi-skilled, mature-minded customer services representative with experience in a call centre environment and the reconciliation of customer complaints
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
  • Can work our dispatch hours of 7.30am 4pm (Monday Friday)
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a small team with a focus on shared results
  • Although not essential, it would be great if you have experience in our industry or in another utility environment.
