We currently have an opportunity for a Business Coordinator to join our small B2B team. The role is to support our Business Development Manager and involves everything from account setup, catalogue creation to regular phone contact with B2B customers.
The skills to provide the Business Development Manager with full B2B sales and administration support : Confidence in communicating with B2B customers and assisting them with their day to day needsQuoting on new and existing opportunitiesProviding timely and accurate information to the Business Development Manager as well as customersGeneral account administrationProvide sales reportingA hands on approach with the ability to multi task in a busy environmentExcellent attention to detailPassionate about providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to problem solve and demonstrate initiativeAble to work without supervision when the Business Development Manager is out of the officeYou will also be professional, and highly motivated to succeed.
