GARDEN DEPARTMENT2IC Permanent Full Time - 40 hours

Mitre 10 MEGA Invercargill is a locally owned andoperated company with a vision to provide outstanding customer service andgreat value products to our customers.

An opportunity has become available for a highlymotivated and passionate gardener to join a wonderful local team and contributeto our busy Garden Department, which is made up of Garden Green and Garden Dryareas.

The role is 40 hours per week, working a rosterpattern of Sunday to Thursday (inclusive)

This is a hands-on role with the primary functionsof providing outstanding customer service in a well-stocked and highlypresented Garden Department as well as supporting the Garden TeamLeader in the day to day running of the Garden Department.

The Garden Department 2IC will also be responsiblefor the Garden Department when the Team Leader for this area is on rostereddays off and holidays.

Applicants for this role would be expected to havehad previous experience and understanding of Garden Green and Dry Goods as thisrole provides technical support and advice to customers and you will also beinvolved in aspects of stock ordering.

Previous experiencing in leading ateam would be advantageous.
