Payroll Coordinator My Food Bag has received rave reviews for its innovative food delivery service fronted by New Zealand Master Chef winner Nadia Lim We are an innovative business focusing on the best outcomes for our customers and our suppliers We are currently looking for the best talent around to join our team We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with the ability to hit the ground running in a fastpaced environment with a dynamic team of professionals Whats on offer Approximately two days a fortnight Monday and Tuesday 1012 hours total with flexibility to suit both parties 30 00 an hour Fortnightly discount on My Food Bag products Responsibilities will include but not limited to Endtoend preparation and processing of the fortnightly payroll Business partnering with our HR team Payroll reporting Responding to staff and manager payroll queries Some general finance administration The successful candidate will have Previous payroll experience is required full training will be provided for our payroll system iPayroll Excellent organisation and timemanagement skills A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Sound knowledge of employment legislation in particular the Holidays Act At least 5 years experience in a similar role If you believe you are the right candidate for this role please submit your CV through the link Please note that all applications will be reviewed but only shortlisted applicants will be contacted Calls will not be fielded for this role
