Key Requirements of the role :

  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Ideally experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for pushing the boundaries
  • Proven communication skills
  • Ability to empower the team by passing on culinary knowledge and experience
  • Willingness to be hands-on during key service times weekends and evenings included
  • Ability to follow and execute Food Safety plan and follow company procedures
  • High personal standards passed on to the entire kitchen team
