About the role
A great opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner with a background in manufacturing or supply chain to provide support over a 12 month fixed term Maternity cover.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager of our Auckland factory and leading a team of two, you will play a hands-on role in managing the site’s operational HR function.
This opportunity will allow you to apply your broad range of generalist HR expertise while delivering on operational HR activities.
This role has a primary focus on culture, employment and industrial relations and change management and is also responsible for management of training and development and site admin / reception.
You will have tertiary qualifications within HR or a related field and have demonstrated experience in a hands-on HR position gained in a similar environment.
You will have a focus on culture and a passion for developing and supporting managers, leaders and employees across the site.
