Right now, we’relooking for a proven Clinical Leader to assume responsibility for guiding safeand effective patient safety and quality of care processes across CommunityMental Health & Addiction Services (both DHB and NGO Providers).
This new role comes about as one of the recommendationsidentified as being a key outcome from our comprehensive review of MHA serviceswithin South Canterbury.
You will also beeager to ensure a client centered care approach becomes fully integrated along withthe incorporating key priorities which have been developed around the strategicdirection for Mental Health & Addiction Services nationally, (includingWhakamaua : Māori Health Action Plan 2020-2025).
You will besomeone with an advanced practice level within Mental Health & AddictionServices, coupled with the drive and leadership to achieve equity outcomes forall requiring mental health support.
As such you willhave high emotional intelligence and a style of leadership which advocates forand supports staff to flourish in their own right.
You’ll have theability to engage collaboratively and effectively with a wide range ofstakeholders that span the continuum of care provision across our District.
