We will count on you to :
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients at all times.
Possess and apply a thorough understanding of the client’s business needs to ensure that our services meet the client expectations
Provide clear and accurate delegation of key tasks to appropriate team members
Develop and maintain excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships to preserve and protect company’s relationships at all times
Recognise and capitalise upon revenue generation, growth and other opportunities
Actively develop additional business from existing portfolio in line with budget targets
Contribute towards the Company’s profit objectives through the effective management and attainment of revenue and expense budgets
Lead, plan and implement clear and effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring renewal performance meets required standards
What you need to have :
Delivery of outcomes and drive for customer satisfaction
Ability to recognize opportunities to generate new revenue / opportunities
Strong written and verbal presentation skills
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team
Able to draft appropriately enquiring question for client meetings
Role model leadership behaviors in respect of growth initiatives
