You are a crucial part of the customer experience, through the creation of healthy, locally produced food. You must be a team player, willing to get your hands dirty and ensure the shop runs smoothly at all times.

You will report to the Store Manager and / or Assistant Manager.ResponsibilitiesTeam Member Responsibilities include and are not limited to : Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-

contamination on the front linePrep all cold and hot food items using prep worksheetsOperate oven and hot prep equipment, ensure proper time / temp of all hot and cooked foodsOperate all cold prep equipmentMaintain clean, food-

safe dish and prep stations throughout shiftSet up and break down oven station, maintain, clean and organise hot prep zone and equipmentManage communication between Service and Kitchen, inventory, front line, prep zones and oven to determine needsEnsure areas are always stockedMaintain cleanliness of front line, front of house, bathrooms, outdoor area, take out trash, clear & clean tables and chairs.

Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station, and bathroomsLearn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guestsMaintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling

  • Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
  • Greet guests, guide the customer journey, resolve guest issues and properly inform guests of cashless transactions and how toss operatesMaintain cleanliness and organisation of online-
  • ordering (OLO) pick-up area; organise OLO shelve, manage shelf life log and help guests locate their saladsRequirements / Desired traitsFood, Restaurant, Team and / or Customer Service experienceKnowledge of proper food safety handlingComfortable working in a fast-

    paced environment with kitchen and food prep equipmentA team player with a positive can-do attitudeQuick and adaptable learnerCollaborative communication skillsAccountable in upholding high standardsA knack for delivering personable customer service and a desire to make connections with guests everydayYou would ideally be needed 20hrs each week.
