Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years management experience
  • 5+ years retail experience
  • Competence in all aspects of Store Operations
  • Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
  • Ability and confidence to interpret and executive plans
  • Resilient and adaptable, showing an ability to drive change

  • Leading a sales culture in your store through effectively coaching and developing team members
  • Ensure your store achieves its sales targets through effective merchandising and availability
  • Manage the budget for your store and ensure all financial KPI’s are met or exceeded
  • Actively leading by example and ensuring all processes are followed
  • Executing plans to drive performance indicators to maximise profitability in conjunction with actively planning labour in advance
  • To motivate, coach, develop and manage team members to help them to achieve set objectives whilst actively supporting team engagement
  • To ensure the right people are available at the right time by effectively recruiting, Inducting and planning for labour scheduling requirements
  • Ensuring full audit compliance
  • Maintaining a safe environment for our people and our customers
