About the Role

The Performance Coach is responsible for supporting the learning, growth, development and success of Customer Support Function of Datacom

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-the-job support, and set high standards for service delivery, behaviour, engagement and achievement
  • Using needs assessment tools, determine effectiveness of current capability, requirement to upskill and actively support the achievement of development plans for improvement.
  • Create an environment of high performance that values teamwork and collaboration, recognizes effort and celebrates success.
  • Interacting with functional organizations to ensure performance needs are adapting and remain relevant.
  • Work closely with Training team to ensure induction training and skills-based training content and methodology is effective.
  • Communicate gaps with Trainers, Team Leaders and Operations Leaders.

  • Identify Knowledge improvement, process improvement and support new ways of working.
  • Instructs participants in classroom lectures, group sessions and / or one to one.
  • What you’ll bring

  • Ability to work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
