    About our team

    The Ministry's Accounts Receivable team handle all MOE invoicing and payments which are raised in several entities. Many payments require investigation when limited information is provided.

    About the role

    This is a busy and exciting Accounts Receivable role. You will be working with the wider business groups to improve current processes.

    You will be acting as the Team leader Accounts Receivable when the need arises, and must be familiar with all the AR roles as per the job description.

    This senior role has key responsibility for :

  • investigation and clearance of outstanding reconciliation transactions
  • processing and allocation of customer receipts
  • prepare daily bank reconciliations
  • key support to the AR team leader, in particular at Month End
  • The main purpose of this role is to :

  • provide accurate billing, receipting and timely collection of all Ministry receivable transactions
  • ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer master data is maintained
  • provide professional support and issue resolution to internal and external customers.
  • assist with the calculation and analysis for any doubtful debt assessment or. bad debt write off
  • About you

    To be successful in this role you will have advanced experience in the Accounts Receivable processes

    You will also offer :

  • Experience with large Tier 1 ERP systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with a large organisation and working with a large team
