About the role

We are looking for exceptional Customer Service Engineers to join our team in Rotorua & Tauranga, to provide a quality product and service to internal and external customers, with skills from fault finding to performing maintenance on the Fuji Xerox and Xerox range of printers and photocopiers.

Other duties include :

  • Installing, maintaining and modifying Fuji Xerox equipment and accessories for our clients
  • Responding to allocated calls and resolving customer queries promptly
  • Liaising with customers to ensure the service requirements have been met
  • Will be required to obtain Electrical Practising Licence
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for Fuji Xerox machines and ensuring all machinery is performing optimally
  • Skills & experience

    We are looking for someone who has exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Along with this, you will also have :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Fuji Xerox and Xerox multifunctional products or equivalent
  • Current Electrical Practicing License (or ability to obtain one)
  • Experience in networking of printers and diagnosing print related problems
  • In-depth knowledge of xerographic technology
  • Excellent ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
  • Previous experience following block circuit diagrams
  • Outstanding communication and commitment to customer satisfaction
