We are looking for a part time office Admin support for our busy office in Albany Alliance Marketing is a Grocery Broker that represents multiple brands in the supermarkets The role would be working with our Demonstration Division on reporting and also coordinating packing and posting demonstration samples and equipment to our instore demonstrators The role would also involve order entry and some support backup for our finance department overload We are looking for someone who is proficient in office 365 particularly excel and word The days of work and hours are Tuesday to Friday 9am 2pm from 9th December this can reduce to 3 days per week and we dont require you to work for the first 3 weeks of January 2020 From the 20th January we will resume the 4 days per week 9am 2pm
