About the Role

You will facilitate and lead Scrum events, coach the teams you work within to become self-organised and cross functional as well facilitate impediment clearing and protecting the team from outside distractions.

You will be continually facilitating the Agile team to reflect on their delivery and find ways to continually improve.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience in Scrum and Agile practices
  • Ability to provide a wide view of all projects (current and forecasted) across a matrixed and complex delivery environment
  • Experienced in software development
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across a wide range of parties at varying levels
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Comfortable with taking ownership
  • A broad understanding of our business
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple groups towards a common goal and competing project demands
  • Strong understanding of best practice Agile disciplines
  • Experience in project risk management (identify and mitigate)
  • Responsibilities
