This fast paced and broad role is part of a growing dynamic and exciting team at our Belfast site, that employs about 400 people at the peak of the season.

Our ideal candidate will inspire absolute trust and confidence and enjoy adapting to ever changing priorities. The role provides excellent customer service to managers, applicants and employees and looks to continuously improve the service they deliver.

In this role, you will implement, maintain and facilitate good employment practices on site ensuring legislative and company policy and procedures are adhered to and best practice is met.

Previous experience within HR or recruitment would be advantageous but not as important as bringing energy and commitment to the role.

To be successful you will have the following attributes :

  • Tech savvy, enjoys working with systems and processes including social media
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • Good relationship building skills
  • High customer service focus
  • A problem solver with the ability to make timely and quality decisions
  • A good knowledge of employment and HR related law in New Zealand
  • Able to present to groups in promoting our site
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff across all levels of the business and play a leading role in streamlining processes and activities that support skills and technical development adapted to the business needs
