We're looking for a candidate for this position in an exciting company.
You'll be leading all aspects of content development (including long & short-form video, digital and social), content strategy, programming, communications, channel measurement, and production management.
You will understand how to build audiences and grow engagement across owned, managed and earned channels.
identifying and crafting great story-telling opportunities; and creating and curating 'beyond the ordinary' content.
To do this you will develop innovative media network plans, utilizing strengths and differences of various partner platforms for programming and distribution as well as activation of relevant media partners for communications.
This will include developing and executing the strategic media direction by building a year-around engagement plan to deliver relevant and surprising content to the key audiences.
You will identify great story opportunities coming from the market and put audience plans into action together with Sports, Field and Brand Marketing of the local organization.
You need to be a 'future-thinking visionary' - always looking at what technologies, platforms, and opportunities are coming over the horizon.
You'll live and breathe content, production, social and how to connect with audiences.
You'll confidently be able to tie in your work with that of the wider team, and have solid business acumen. Some national and international travel (when permitted) will be required throughout the year.

You'll be a team leader as well as a team player, creative with storytelling, and be a great coach, as you will have two direct reports.
