Here's what you'll do in this job :

  • Deliver best in class UI and UX design across a range of digital projects.
  • Create beautiful & functional experiences, including responsive web, app, content and production design.
  • Reporting to our Digital Design Manager and working closely with brand, content & digital teams, you'll provide creative thinking & expert guidance to our digital design capability.
  • Help the rest of the business understand the importance of digital design and the impact it can make with customers.
  • Work with external agencies to ensure a digital design lens on third-party created content.
  • Assist the CMS production team to ensure content published to the website looks and works as designed.
  • Utilise your natural flair for visual design and passion for branding, typography, colour and imagery to create best in class digital content including icons, interactives and animations.

    You will have a strong understanding of Human Centred Design principles and be comfortable with the dynamic environments of a high growth technology company.

    You'll be able to effectively promote design ideas and communicate information with a range of stakeholders. You'll be widely experienced in all aspects of digital design, have a relentless eye for detail on all UI & UX design work and comfortable knocking out banners or providing feedback on creative concepts as you are creating icons or infographics or working with photos and video.

    You'll have the technical chops to prepare our content for publication, as well as the design eye to make it sing. This is a high velocity role, requiring a skilled generalist who can combine a passion for design with the practical know how to get the job done.

    A respected designer with a clear voice and confidence, you'll be present in meetings and help embed design led thinking within the wider 2degrees organisation.
