In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for administration and level 2 / 3 support of OfficeMax cloud-based server and network configurations in the Azure environment.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, a large focus of your role will be on will delivering proactive system management.

You will be working on Windows / Linux environments and responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and security management of the Azure platform and Windows & Linux operating systems and network configurations.

You will also provide application provisioning and level 2 / 3 support for assigned solutions, investigate and troubleshoot incidents related to OfficeMax hosting environments, and work closely with the Service Desk to provide after-hours and major response for critical business solutions.

We are after someone who is proactive, will work with internal and third-party teams to ensure we follow best practice, and always look to improve and protect enterprise cloud solutions.
