You’ll be joining the Commercial services team based at our Grafton site who share Auckland DHB’s values to welcome , to respect one another, to work together and to always aim high .
In this brand new Senior Management role you will provide leadership and strategic oversight to the recently combined Transport and Property workstreams.
These workstreams, comprising a team of four, are responsible for hospital parking, fleet management, property leasing, and Auckland DHB revenue generating initiatives.
A proactive focus will be required as significant transport related issues are likely to increase as the DHB (and the inner city) grows and develops over time.
Auckland DHB will need to position itself to manage these pressures on our facilities; your innovative solutions will be developed into proposals and business cases enabling us to meet these demands.
You have demonstrated experience with operations management in a similar large scale environment, you are solution driven and customer-centric in your approach and your values will align with ours.
You will be part of a high performing, tight knit and supportive team who all have a common passion, care and enthusiasm for delivering a high quality experience and outcome for our stakeholders.
