Work with new technology to drive high value transformation. We have a select number of fixed term and contract roles available to work on this project one of them being a UX Designer to join our team.

This opportunity will be offered on a 12-18-month fixed term contract basis.What you'll doAssist with UX / UI design of new online sales and self-service applications, as well drive adoption of nib’ Design Language System.

Work closely with Product management, technical analysts and the Customer experience team to solve problems.As a UX designer you will apply design thinking processes to understand the business objectives and the customers needs to deliver easy-to-use, thoughtful, engaging digital experiences our members and internal teams will love.

What you needYou consider yourself a UX design practitioner with demonstrated experience in UX research and user centred design practices.

You’ve experienced first-hand how you can drive a user centred design through design thinking process to develop new products and services, with a strong portfolio that represents user case studies demonstrating problem solving skills, to prove it.

You understand the tools that are utilise in communicating design intent from concepts to high level prototypes and are experienced in running and acting on the outcomes of user research and usability testing.

  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate design effectively, regardless of the audience; receiving and giving constructive feedback;
  • and leading workshops as a facilitator.You’ll be able to share with us stories where you’ve shown resilience, organisational awareness and most importantly empathy and compassion.
