To deliver to our goal and lead our short and long term product growth strategies we have an opportunity for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead the development of our products, through the product development process.

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will have the responsibility to :

  • Develop and grow your product line business, aligning your product roadmap with the latest market trends, delivering projects on time and on budget with appropriate margin, and supporting production team and customer for mass production products
  • Develop and present clear and aligned project goals and direction from an often ambiguous and unclear set of possibilities
  • Convey a project vision and provide a high level of clarity about the project's direction at all times throughout the development and implementation process
  • Lead your project portfolio through all stages of the development process within R&D and across other functions of the business
  • Key aspects include :

  • Financial analysis of each project preparing and updating business case for each project.
  • Prepare and present overall business review of your product line (e.g. Laundry, Dishwasher, Range-Hood, Air-Conditioning, Pump, e-Bike )
  • Provide regular update on projects to the senior management
  • Deeply understand and represent the view of the Customer
  • Translate design briefs into project design specifications, project objectives and timelines
  • Lead the definition, development, and implementation of product projects
  • Balance project and product Customer Interest trade off decisions while maintaining a high level focus
  • Achieve on time delivery of customer driven products through the effective co-ordination and integration of all internal and external interested parties
  • Coordinate all activities related to the projects across the business
  • To be effective in this role you'll have proven leadership experience, be able to engage and influence at all levels of the business, and enjoy working in a collaborative style.

    It goes without saying that you'll also possess solid engineering project management experience with background in either mechanical, magnetic or power electronic.
