Our clients progressive and expanding property and funds management business is looking for a talented and dedicated Facilities Co-

ordinator to join their cohesive and vibrant team located in the centre of Tauranga. Their unique business model offers investment opportunities, property management, facilities management, and body corporate services to owners and investors.

Key duties of the role :

  • Carry out all day-to-day Facilities Management duties including planned and reactive maintenance across the Central North Island portfolio
  • Manage tenant relationships and work as the first point of contact for all maintenance and service requests
  • Management and oversight of small to medium sized construction / fitout projects
  • Front of house for the Tauranga office, contractor liaison and management of the key register
  • Collaboration with the Asset, Finance and Body Corporate teams regarding day-to-day contractor / job management
  • Manage day-to-day proactive and reactive maintenance via the Group’s helpdesk and work order system
  • Contractor management in accordance with the Group’s Health & Safety policy and procedures
  • Ensure that building warrant of fitness and key compliance items for the Central North Island buildings are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Regular property visits ensuring sites and buildings are maintained to a high level.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Strong and professional customer service focus
  • To be able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks as required.
  • This is a permanent and full-time position, however, we are family friendly company and flexibility with working hours may be offered for the right candidate.
