We're looking for an experienced leader to join our Napier store in the frontline role of Sales and Service Manager. This role is at the heart of our leadership team, playing a vital part in ensuring the customer experience is exceptional by leading your team from the front.
As an experienced retailer, ideally from a previous store manager or assistant store manager background, we know that you'll bring a wealth of knowledge with you, and we'll match that by providing you with a structured training programme to support you as you learn all about our business and way of operating.
We'll expect you to identify areas and opportunities for improvement, drive a culture of world class customer service through your sales team, and take your departments forward through expert leadership.
You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 sales assistants, and we'll need you to be an expert in coaching in the moment and providing honest feedback, and motivational support.
You'll have an expert eye for detail, know what is trending in retail, and how to provide an outstanding customer experience through visual merchandising.
Passion and knowledge of fashion, homewares and lifestyle categories are a must.

Previous retail experience managing a team of 10+ in a fashion or lifestyle categoryA proven history of driving sales and a strong commercial focusStrong communication skills, including the ability to deliver sales training programmesGreat organisational and planning skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlinesAn approachable manner, with experience in performance management and in the moment coaching
