ASP supports healthcare facilities in the fight to protect patients against three primary sources of HAIs : medical devices, the environment and human contact.

Our innovative, market leading solutions include Terminal Sterilization and High-Level Disinfection, amongst others.

Be Vital in this role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Specialist to join our Advanced Sterilisation Products (ASP) team. The ASP product platforms are critical in the delivery of quality safe care for patients in the health care setting and this is a rare opportunity to join a highly dynamic, successful and customer focused team.

You will be accountable for delivery of business objectives across our capital and consumables product portfolio across hospitals in New Zealand.

To ensure long term business success, the ability to exceed sales targets, deliver clinical education effectively and proactively manage internal and external stakeholders will be critical to your success.

You will also support installation of capital equipment and balance supporting our current customers, whilst looking for new growth opportunities.


Be Valued for who you are

You may have experience outside the healthcare industry and be looking to explore the rewarding business of medical device and consumable sales.

To be successful in this role, you will :

  • Be an experienced sales professional with demonstrated success in capital equipment sales.
  • A clinical background with knowledge of the hospital environment and experience selling medical devices capital and / or consumables within hospitals will be advantageous.
  • Be a strong business strategist in identifying where your key business opportunities are, then devising an effective strategy to secure and win the account.
  • Demonstrate excellent business acumen, with the ability to develop relationships and have commercial conversations to gain commitment.
  • Relish working in a dynamic and changing environment and taking an innovative approach to driving sales forward.
  • Tertiary Business or related qualifications in Business, Health Science or related discipline will be highly regarded.
