With a high attention to detail and strong demonstrated communication skills, you’ll be keen to learn the ropes in a dynamic, data-
driven retail environment. Ideally with a base knowledge of consumer data, analysis, reporting and / or research you’ll help us manage client requests and prepare and review and update client ongoing reporting.
Entry level role supporting the servicing of clients by delivering ongoing complex client reporting providing valuable insights to clients.
Role Responsibilities : Own the ongoing delivery of assigned key Client Complex ReportingEnsures accuracy and timeliness in delivery of reports and analysis.
Manages expectations of day to day contacts with regard to service levels and project deliverables.Has a clear understanding of Nielsen in the market place and understands how Nielsen products and projects could benefit clients.
Builds and maintains good working relationships with others in client service facing roles, off shore teams and other departments within Nielsen -
helping to drive integration.Provide administrative and operational support to senior staff.Maintain accurate and up to date knowledge of Nielsen’s applications and the skills needed to draw insights from data.
Performs basic analysis and interpretation of data to provide insightful responses to client queries.Knowledge and Skills Requirement : Attention to detail.
