About this role
An opportunity has become available to join the high functioning Talent Insights and Reporting team as a Remuneration Advisor.
What will I be doing?
You'll be responsible for providing specialist advice and support to the business in relation to remuneration, recognition, benefits and performance.
You'll be accountable for the successful delivery of the annual remuneration process and ensuring staff, managers and other key stakeholders are engaged in the aspects of the process they must manage.
In addition to the above you'll also oversee the job evaluation process, ensuring ACC maintains both internal and external relativities and alignment with ACC's market pricing methodology.
