You will support the Clinical Director and Programme Manager Co-design and will be involved in a range of projects and Programmes providing expertise in engaging consumers, whaanau and staff in order to capture experiences and use that knowledge to co-design improvement solutions.
This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.
We are actively seeking someone with broad knowledge and experience in Maaori and Pasifika health. Ensuring the cultural safety of peoples during engagement and co-design activities is a core requirement and you will have a strong sense of restorative justice, that is enabled by robust and evidence based methods and understanding of inequities for Maaori, Pasifika and other disadvantaged populations.
All of your work will be informed by an adept understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
