We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding leader to help coach our teams as an Assistant Manager across the Invercargill & Gore Branches.

You will need to be passionate and have the ability to drive and motivate others to provide unbeatable experiences and outcomes for our customers.

In this fast-paced environment, you will have the ability to lead, coach and develop your frontline team.

Along with your leadership qualities, a comprehensive knowledge of the Personal Banker role and Customer Service Officer role will enable you to give clear direction, guidance and support as required.

We are looking for applicants who can build credibility with their team, are pro-active, and are confident in their ability to foster successful team environments.

  • This is a full time position, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8 : 15 am to 5 : 00 pm
  • The successful applicant must have the flexibility to work across two sites, Invercargill and Gore Branch.
