making and have been at the forefront of the changes taking place across Auckland. Due to retirement and an internal movement, we have two full time, permanent positions.
One is dedicated to supporting the Rodney Local Board and the other position supports the Relationship Manager, Rodney, and Hibiscus-
Bays local boards. These two roles are key for the local boards in the north.The Rodney PA- Liaison provides administration support to the Rodney Local Board members and is the first point of contact for the local board.
The role provides effective diary and email management, meeting coordination, issues management and a wide range of support for the business of the local board and the team, including purchasing, management of timesheets and elected member expenses and technology support.
The RMPA is a dedicated resource for the Relationship Manager and supports the effective operation of Local Board Services team, providing office management support, responding to a range of human resources requirements, financial management, purchasing, contract management, and effective diary and email coordination.
The role oversees internal reporting processes including the departmental performance reports. This role also provides backup support to the Local Board Democracy Advisors, when required.

These are both fast-paced, pivotal roles, where you pride yourself on delivering high-quality support to the local board and the key person to front any issues that need resolving.
You will need to be able to multi-task and handle a wide of range issues across the local board business. These positions have variety and would suit individuals looking for a challenge and the next step in their administration career.
Attention to detail in all parts of your work is essential. You will also need to have excellent computer literacy and experience with Microsoft office programs and a range of other computer-
